Dharma Exploration

Dharma practice can be hard. Meditation necessarily brings up obstacles that can require specific support in order to integrate and wake up more fully within daily life. I offer tools and reframings to practice that allow the path to unfold beyond the limitations of our own self-deception.

I offer sessions to support people in realigning their practice with their highest goal and aspiration, while also investigating the primary intentions for practice so as to invigorate and revive one’s daily practice.

Somatic and attachment-based practices are extremely supportive in gently allowing our practice to progress beyond the constraints of our past wounding and history. The practice itself can also become a source of tension and evaluation rather than an immediate and clarifying support to one’s life and path. Presence can bring up the entirety of our history, which can be moved through skillfully with the help of a qualified witness.

Sessions are 55 minutes long and are offered on a sliding scale basis.
